Xalvoro began in 2010 as a small architecture and space planning studio focused on creating environments with clarity, warmth, and lasting purpose.
Founded by Dr. Klaus Brenner and Prof. Margarete Stein, the studio was built around one simple idea: good design should not only look refined, but also improve how people move, work, gather, and live every day.
From early residential commissions to commercial interiors, cultural spaces, and mixed-use planning, Xalvoro has grown through thoughtful collaboration and a careful understanding of each site’s potential.
Today, our studio works with clients across Europe and beyond, bringing together architecture, interior planning, sustainability, and project delivery into one clear design process.
We begin by understanding your space, goals, habits, challenges, timeline, and the feeling you want the final environment to create.
Our team develops a clear design direction with layout options, material thinking, functional priorities, and practical recommendations.
We review details carefully, align the design with budget and buildability, and prepare documentation that supports confident decisions.
From concept to completion, we help coordinate the work so the finished space reflects the approved vision with care and consistency.
"To create spaces that bring together beauty, function, comfort, and long-term value for the people who use them every day."
"To become a trusted design partner for clients seeking thoughtful architecture, purposeful interiors, and sustainable spatial solutions."
We simplify complex design decisions through clear planning, honest communication, and practical recommendations at every stage.
Every proportion, finish, junction, and detail matters. We focus on thoughtful execution that gives each project a quiet sense of quality.
Design should support real life. We shape spaces around movement, comfort, use, maintenance, and the everyday needs of each client.
We consider durability, energy use, material choices, adaptability, and long-term performance so our spaces remain useful over time.
